What do you hold sacred? Is it your heart, your mind, your body, your spiritual source or all those things? What is your strongest source of energy? Who or how do you call to fill this space?
Sacredness starts with you, where you hold conflict is where you have the opportunity to call in #sacredspace. It can be a place to allow yourself patience, or perhaps hold a space to experience victory or failure in neutrality. To hold sacred space for others could be a place to open your heart, provide a quiet yet grounding support, allow them a safe, confidential space to express themselves.
Authenticity, intention, and an open heart allows for a level of #wholeness, a high vibration, and a spiritual presence where true magic can be felt and realized.

How does finding the sacred enhance well-being?
Research has shown that people who find the sacred in various spheres of life—such as relationships, work, creativity, and nature—enjoy enhanced well-being.
Do some soul-searching to identify what matters most to you. How much time are you devoting daily to your spiritual striving? How might you find more time everyday to search for the sacred?
There are many #spiritual pathways. Some of us find the sacred in relationships, some in prayer or meditation, still others through study or action. Reflect on where you experience your deepest feelings of awe, gratitude, mystery, timelessness and love. Emotions like these provide clues about where you might find the sacred and might try to spend more of your time.
